Welcome to the Help Page of MYM Research Center's Indexing & Cataloging Services — a powerful, open-source solution for library automation and digital indexing. How to Search Indexed Content
Basic Search
Use the search bar at the top of the homepage. You can search by:
- title
- author
- subject
- keyword
Advanced Search
Click on “Advanced Search” to filter by:
- Material Type (Thesis, Article, Journal, Book)
- Language (Urdu, Arabic, English)
- Year of Publication
- Author or Institution
Browse Collections
Use the sidebar or main menu to browse by:
- Discipline/Subject
- Material Type
- Recently Added
How to Submit Your Work for Indexing
To submit your thesis, article, book, or journal:
- Visit the [Submission Portal] or contact the MYM Indexing Team via email.
- Provide the following metadata:
- Title
- Author(s) Name
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Year of Publication
- Institution (for theses)
- File Upload (PDF/DOCX)
- After review, your work will be cataloged and made publicly available through our platform.
Note: Submission must comply with our content guidelines. Plagiarism or unverified authorship will not be accepted.
How to Access Full Texts
Many entries include downloadable full texts in PDF format.
- Some content is restricted to institutional users; login may be required.
- Click on the title of a record to view detailed metadata and download options.
User Registration (If Enabled)
If the registration feature is active:
- Click “Register” on the top-right corner.
- Fill in your profile details.
- Use your login to save searches, bookmark items, or request restricted documents.
Technical Support
If you face issues with:
- Search not working properly
- Incorrect metadata
- Broken download links
- Uploading or submitting documents

Citation & Referencing
Each indexed record includes proper bibliographic information formatted for citation. You can cite the indexed content in APA, MLA, or Chicago style based on your requirement.
Tips for Effective Use
- Use specific keywords for better search results.
- Always check the publication year and author details.
- For institutional repositories, request bulk indexing via our admin panel.
